Simon begins the relationship, by asking you to agree to a multipage legal document.

I am not a lawyer, but it seems the user is agreeing to an unmitigated assault on their privacy, by both; Simon and anyone they choose to partner with.

For me this was reason to end the relationship, before it even began!

And the app was promptly deleted.
