Bugs me to turn on Bluetooth. Why would it need access to this...

You must agree to Simons TOS (Terms of Service) before using the app. Buried in the TOS is your agreement (now) to any changes they may make (in the future), without them telling you what those changes may be. That is shady!

I do not understand how such a large company has a bad and so little running application. it never works

I mean it really doesn’t do anything. After launch I picked a mall (Opry Mills) and the program whirls for a minutes, then says there was a malfunction and there is only a Try Again button. No way to get out of this loops. I even tried quitting the program (swipe up) and it just comes back to the infinite loop. Useless.

Helps you locate a Simons mall location, but doesnt help you otherwise. Any info you request it redirects you to your web browser. Also thought it would be handy for being a VIP member and to access coupons, but it doesnt do that either.

I was at the diesel store yesterday and my iPhone have terrible service. What good is an app for a mall when your phone doesnt work when ur in the mall the app is for.

this is a great app if your ever lost at the Burlington mall but it is pretty slow and has glitches sometimes

When I select the Outlet Mall in the app, every option I have to select takes me to my web browser. Nothing is done directly in the app. So no apparent benefits to using it. Also, It would be really good to be able to sign into my VIP lounge account and do everything from the app and display coupons etc. when shopping but again everything goes back to having to use the browser instead of a user friendly app.

Nothing on this app. I dont understand why people make it. So bad!!!

Doesnt even use the GPS properly-defaulted to a mall over 30 miles away when there is one less than 10 miles away-both Simon properties. It takes forever to load that mall, only to have to change it again and wait some more. Save yourself a LOT of time and just use Google Maps. Their map shows the individual stores too and it takes way less time to load.

"Consistently the highest ranked and most popular mall app and the Apple featured app of the week within the handpicked apps for shopping..." If this is true, why arent there any positive reviews for this app???!

The only thing the app does is provide links to the shopping centers own website. It is a glorified favorites folder that takes up space on my phone.

What is the point of an app that takes you to your internet browser for everything you click on? I might as well just use my internet browser.

App does nothing but open your browser for every link. Pointless app.

This app needs to do just one thing, but does it horribly badly. The map is crap. The mall is the size of Nebraska! Where is my store?!? This app has a bunch of junk you will never want or need. Next version, give me a big detailed map with the GPS dot showing me where I am, and where Im trying to go. Forget all the other garbage. Edit: this piece of junk continues to track your location in the background! So their crummy map does NOT show you where you are in the mall, but they track location long after you leave the mall. I deleted this junk so fast...

Would get 5 stars if the app enabled you to access your VIP Lounge account. Without it, you have to access the Passport savings voucher through the web browser. Not a big deal, but if youre going to have an app, why not allow loyalty customers to access their accounts?
